weekend design project…

Continuing with my week of color…

Do you have a slim budget but need some serious style and color in your bedroom?

Here's a swell idea:

Benjamin Moore colors:

walls: anjou pear
Pear Green
latex pearl/two coats

headboard: lettuce leaf
Wales Green
latex pearl/two coats

The stencil headboard [available in twin, queen and king] can be downloaded here

After saving all of that money on a headboard, I would treat myself to these lamps for my end tables

Sarah – yes I too love those lamps and am seriously considering them for my 3 year olds bedroom. I’m 80% so far…
Anne – true about the budget friendly. I love ideas that are easy on the wallet but offer serious style. Much more fun!

Seleta- I just had myself a thorough peek around your blog-went all the way back and found your kitchen along the way. Lovely! Wish I could re-do mine. I’d love to know where I can find some cafe curtain rods like yours. They are exactly what I’ve been looking for. Jen

Thanks! Try http://www.ivesta.com. Great resource for rods. I think that is where mine came from.
