I’m so excited to share a special guest with you today. Please welcome Ellie Snow of Mint, a talented graphic designer who you may recall meeting in this post.  Ellie happily agreed to custom design a special Halloween goody for you.  Everybody loves cupcakes, so I requested cupcake toppers.  And these are perfect toppers to liven up  any Halloween festivity!

Hello Simply Seleta, and thanks for hosting me today!  I’m Ellie Snow, a  freelance graphic designer and writer of the design blog, Mint.  Seleta asked me here today to share some Halloween-themed cupcake toppers with a pdf you can download and print from home.

For this project, you’ll need:

• a 2″ circle punch and/or scissors

• a glue stick and tape (or double-sided tape)

• colored paper

• toothpicks

• a printer

First, download and print the PDF available here, and cut out the cupcake toppers inside the dotted lines. You will need 2 toppers per cupcake.

Next, use tape to attach the toothpick to the back of a cupcake topper.

Then cover the back of the taped topper with glue. (Alternatively, you could use double-sided tape).

Press another cupcake topper on top of the first one.

And voilà! Perfectly spooky cupcakes!
