Today’s white inspiration was sent to me by stylist and friend, Elizabeth Demos. This is the work of Thomas O’Brien. You may recall in this interview Liz mentioning a little design crush on Mr. O’Brien. I don’t blame her. He knows how to perfectly execute a white interior. This living room symmetry makes me dizzy with delight. Look how he tosses in a delicious quirk with the small ottoman, random white chair + lamp by the fireplace and mismatched side tables.

I love Thomas O’brien too. He is the perfect mix of vintage and modern. He has a terrific store in Soho in NYC called Aero Design, which has wonderful accessories for the home. Many of the items are of his own design but it’s mainly things he has found elsewhere. Everything is wonderful. It’s a fun store to look around.
Oh how I love his work. The perfect combination of fresh and sophisticated!!
