Go grab a copy of this month’s Woman’s Day magazine! Friend and contributing editor, Eddie Ross, produced a great article titled 5 Charming Photo Framing Ideas. You can sneak a peek here. Yep, one of those five frames is a snapshot of our youngest daughter and Pom Pom. I’m such a proud Momma! Love the way Eddie created a modern mat trimmed with pretty pink silk ribbon.
It’s funny, Eddie worked on this story back in November, well before Pantone announced the 2011 color of the year which was “honeysuckle.” Notice his ribbon embellishments are in the exact color family Pantone announced! But that’s typical Eddie – always one step ahead.
AND SOME GOOD NEWS FOR YOU…
Lucky for all design enthusiasts out there, Eddie just announced an OPEN CALL for submissions. That’s right, he’s inviting you to share some of your great design work to get published! What an opportunity! Read all about it on Eddie’s blog here.
Big thanks to Eddie and Jaithan for including our little one in this Woman’s Day article. Love you guys!
If you’d like see the original picture from above, plus a few more, check out the blog post I did a year ago showing a breezy afternoon walk with Pippi, Pom Pom and our girls. Pippi was just a puppy! We were all laughing because Pom Pom followed us on our entire dog walk. Post is here.

Glad you have it. So special for your daughter to keep forever. Love Eddie and Jaithan , so charming , talented and generous:)
That’s so funny. I was actually reading this very magazine at break today and said to my friend, “that cat looks really familiar.” Not the kid, just the cat. ;) Now I know why.
So adorable.
Your daughter is adorable and so is Pom Pom! Your daughter has a beautiful smile. She looks a lot like you. I’m going to pick up a copy of the magazine tonight. Love the frame, too. I looked back at your old post with your walk with the girls, Pippi and Pom Pom. That so reminds me of our labradoodle, Lars and our ragdoll cat, Annika. Fun post, Seleta and congratulations on your feature!

I saw that Woman’s Day article and thought to myself, WHO is that beauty of a little girl? Well, of course she turns out to be yours and of course the best feature of the issue turns out to be done by Eddie Ross!
