Today’s post is all about having fun and flirting with white. I chose rooms that have a pop of GREEN as an accent.
This first shot is a la Ruthie. As in Sommers. Love seeing how she cleverly designs around a busy household with two littles and several fur babies. Her L.A. home is in the latest issue of Lonny right here. Prepare to drool when you see her courtyard. Here she kept what could be a particularly messy area of the house and kept the design elements crisp, clean and practical…without sacrificing beauty.
And speaking of keeping things clutter free, I remain delighted with the look and practicality of this mod piece. I’m not as thrilled with the price, however.
Happy plates dancing on a white wall. Adore.
Not into plates with pattern? This grouping should make you smile. The green and white graphic wallcovering is so fun and fresh that it makes my head spin.
And for those of you with a wild streak, try this on for size. Zebra in the distance and a tablescape with pops of white and one good punch of color. Green is my fave.

I’ve spent two hours on the Lonny site. Dinner will be late tonight! Thanks for the link. I love it there.
Oh my ever lovin’ pa pa pa plates! So unusual. So clever. So gonna copy this!
looking for plate hangers that don’t show like the ones shown here, where did you get them? also would like to know where you got your wall paper?
Hi lindsey, I didn’t design these rooms, they are styled shots from Lonny Magazine. You may want to check out Lonny for any resources:
