We had a ton of War Eagles in our Deja Vu giveaway! So I’m not surprised Auburn grad, Susanna #76, won a pretty game day dress. Congrats Susanna!!! She’s expecting a little one, so her crazy for orange dress will be perfectly chic AND comfy to wear while cheering on her team.

On a personal note, our oldest daughter (who’s only 9) has already stated that she has plans to attend Auburn and ride on their rockstar equestrian team. Maybe we might have a future war eagle? ; )
Here’s a shot of the Tigers competing at UT this fall. It was a 13-5 win for Auburn.
And here’s my little peanut practicing the other night. Look at that determination. Sorry for the blur, it’s a screen shot from an iphone video.
If only Georgia Tech had an equestrian team! She’d be all over it : )

Congrats again to Susanna and her little pea pod! You’ll look great in that empire dress. Big thanks to Deja Vu for a fun giveaway that got us all in the football spirit.

Just a little info for you, I wouldn’t be surprised if Georgia Tech did have an Equestrian Club. I was a member of the Gettysburg College Equestrian Club and it’s basically the same thing as an equestrian team, except that you have to pay for your lessons. You still compete in the same IHSA shows as schools with a team.
I know nothing about riding horses, but looking at the two pictures above, I can see that your daughter has excellent form! I know you love sharing your love for riding with your daughter.
Go peanut! And those dresses are beautiful!!!
Beautiful competition shots; I am always enamored with your equine photography.
Thanks for that tip, ejr! I know many colleges now have equestrian clubs, will have to look a little further in the Georgia Tech program.

Congratulations to Susanna! Look at your daughter go! She looks like a pro. How wonderful that she is so passionate about riding. Seleta, she looks like a mini version of you. How adorable!
Congrats to Susanna. And thanks Seleta for hosting this give-away. Even though I didn’t win, it was still exciting to think I might. Sometimes that little bit of mystery can get you through a tough day, so thank you!
How lucky your daughter is! She is living the dream of all (or most) young girls: riding horses. She obviously loves it.
Yay!! Congrats Susanna on your win and bun in the oven!!
I wasn’t expecting to hear War Eagle talk here but I love it!!!
And your little peanut definitely has what it takes to be a future tiger equestrian. Tell her I said to stay with it.
Georgia Tech does have an equestrian team! http://www.gtequestrian.com/
Say whaaaa?!? So excited!! Thanks for the info, Jenn! Going to check it out now!
